Berlin Welcome Card
The Berlin Welcome Card is a special pass that allows you to travel for free on all Berlin's public transport and to obtain significant discounts in more than 100 museums and some businesses. The card is personal and non-transferable.
Advantages:
With the Berlin Welcome Card you can travel for free on all urban public transport (bus, metro, tram and trains) - except for tours and special routes - in all three of Berlin-Brandenburg Verkehrs zones (A, B and C), including Potsdam.
Up to three children under 14 can also travel at no cost.
Discounts for approx. 100 museums, monuments, theatres and businesses.
When you buy the card you get a booklet with discount coupons for the museums, monuments, attractions, bars, restaurants, etc. Following is a list of the participating monuments, museums and attractions.
Validity
Depending on the card chosen, the Berlin Welcome Card is valid for 48 or 72 hours from the moment it stamped.
Where to buy it
The Berlin Welcome Card can be bought from Tourist Information Offices, train stations, bus stops and some hotels.
