All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.50 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.

7 % VAT is included. EUR 28 service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Room information

All apartments are located in various top locations in Berlin’s city centre, directly at the Hackescher Markt and Alexander Platz. The 6 apartments can host an overall number of 24 guests.

Important information

***IMPORTANT: Please inform the hotel about your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date.*** Please bring your own towels if possible; otherwise we charge EUR 4 per set. For final cleaning we charge EUR 28. A deposit of EUR 100 is payable to the hotel on arrival. Please note that 20% of the booking fee should be transferred to the hotel within 7 days of making the booking. The hotel will provide the appropriate details after the booking has been made. Cancellation conditions only apply to nights on which the cancelled property cannot be re-let. If a customer can be found for the entire duration of your planned stay, you need only pay an administration fee of EUR 20.
